Funded by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS), Loubnaniyoun launched the Healing with Hope project to strengthen primary healthcare services in the Bseba community. The project focused on renovating and equipping the local Primary Health Care Center (PHC) while introducing a customized digital system to streamline medical and administrative operations.

With this generous support, Loubnaniyoun supplied and installed more than 25 medical devices and machines across five specialized clinics: gynecology, pediatrics, ENT, cardiology, and family medicine. This investment enabled the PHC to operate at full capacity, offering comprehensive care and reducing the need for referrals to outside facilities. As a result, over 6,000 residents of Bseba and an additional 50,000 individuals from surrounding villages now benefitting from reliable and affordable medical services close to home. Many of these beneficiaries are vulnerable families who cannot afford private healthcare, making this initiative a lifeline for their well-being.

At the same time, Loubnaniyoun’s IT department developed a tailored digital system designed to improve patient management, appointment scheduling, and secure data handling. This innovation not only streamlines day-to-day operations but also ensures sustainable, high-quality service delivery for years to come.

By strengthening infrastructure, improving quality of care, and integrating technology, the Healing with Hope project has transformed the PHC into a sustainable healthcare hub for underserved communities. This achievement showcases the vital role of the LDS Church in building lasting, community-centered solutions that promote dignity, equity, and better health for all.
