لبنانيون دائما بجانب المرأة وقضاياها!

شاركت رئيسة جمعية لبنانيون السيدة نادين ضاهر ضمن وفد لبناني من الهيئة الوطنية لشؤون المرأة في نشاطات نظمها المجلس الثقافي البريطاني، من أجل تبادل الخبرات مع المسؤولين والقيمين من المنظمات المعنية لتعزيز دور المرأة ومشاركة النساء في العمل السياسي.

ويأتي ذلك إيمانا من جمعية لبنانيون بأهمية دور المرأة، وهو ما تسعى إليه منذ سنوات، من خلال وثيقة تفعيل دور المرأة في الحياة السياسية، والندوات واللقاءات التي عقدتها مع كل الأحزاب اللبنانية، لدعم هذه الفكرة، ما أوصل في نهاية المطاف إلى أربع وزيرات في الحكومة الحالية، نتيجة الضغط الشعبي من قبل لبنانيون وكل الداعمين لهذه الفكرة.

وستواصل لبنانيون العمل في هذا الاتجاه من أجل تعزيز الديمقراطية وإضافة تاء التأنيث إلى الحياة السياسية اللبنانية، لجعلها أكثر عدالة وإنصافا بحق نصف المجتمع.

The President of "Loubnaniyoun" organization, Mrs. Nadine Daher, participated in a Lebanese delegation from the National Commission for Lebanese Women in activities organized by the British Council. This was aimed at exchanging experiences with officials and leaders from relevant organizations to enhance the role of women and women's participation in political work.

"Loubnaniyoun" supports this initiative, emphasizing the importance of women's roles, a commitment upheld for years through the activation document for women's roles in political life. Seminars and meetings have been conducted with all Lebanese parties to support this idea, eventually resulting in the appointment of four female ministers in the current government due to popular pressure from the Lebanese people and all supporters of this concept.

"Loubnaniyoun" will continue working in this direction to promote democracy and add the feminine touch to Lebanese political life, to make it more just and equitable for the other half of society.
