"لبنانيون" تستكمل لقاءاتها عن "المرأة في السياسة"

لا تفوت جمعية "لبنانيون" فرصة إلا وتؤكد فيها دعمها المرأة في كل المجالات، في بلد توضع فيها المرأة على هامش النشاطات السياسية والاجتماعية، بسبب القوانين التي تهمشها وتجعلها ملحقة بالرجل.

وقد أطلقت جمعية "لبنانيون" سلسلة لقاءات تحت عنوان "المرأة في السياسة" في فندق "فينيسيا" استكمالا للندوات السابقة وقد جمع اللقاء الثاني ممثلين عن الأحزاب اللبنانية هم السيدة وفاء عابد عن الحزب التقدمي الاشتراكي، المهندسة رنا سعادة عن الجماعة الإسلامية،الحجة خديجة سلوم عن حزب الله، السيدة ميرنا زخريا عن تيار المردة، الدكتورة ميرا واكيم عن حزب الكتائب، والمحامية مريم الشامي عن حركة أمل

اللقاء تخلل مناقشة لأبرز ما توصلت إليه الأحزاب اللبنانية على صعيد دعم المرأة، من اقتراحات قوانين، إلى هيكلية داخلية في الأحزاب تسهل وصول المرأة إلى مواقع القرار، وتساعدها على تأكيد دورها في المجتمع. وقد تم إلقاء الضوء على النقاط الأساسية التي من شأنها تفعيل عملها على الصعيدين الحزبي والوطني. وتم خلال اللقاء وضع خطة عمل لمتابعتها مع الأحزاب المعنية، وبلورتها في لقاءات مقبلة.

"Loubnaniyoun" Organization does not miss an opportunity unless it affirms it’s support for women in all spheres, in a country where women are placed on the margins of political and social activities, due to laws that marginalize them and make them attached to men.

"Loubnaniyoun" Organization launched a series of meetings entitling "Women in Politics" at the Venice Hotel to complement previous seminars. The second meeting brought together representatives of Lebanese parties, Ms. Wafaa Abed of the Progressive Socialist Party, Engineer Rana Saadeh of Jemaah Islamiyah, Hajjah Khadija Salloum of Hezbollah. Ms. Mirna Zakharia on the Marada Movement, Dr. Mira Wakim on the Phalange Party, and lawyer Maryam Shami on the Amal Movement

The meeting included a discussion of the most prominent proposals for laws adopted by Lebanese parties in support of women, including an internal structure in the parties that would facilitate women's access to decision-making positions and help them assert their role in society. The key points that would activate it’s work at the party and national levels have been highlighted. During the meeting, a plan of action was developed for follow-up with the parties concerned and elaborated at future meetings.
