The “Loubnaniyoun” Organization, in partnership with  the ” LADE” Organization, organized a seminar on proportional electoral law in the municipality of Zouk Mikael, on 29-9-2017.

This seminar answered all questions about how to calculate the electoral quotient and the preferential vote.

The candidate’s battle is highlighted through the proportional electoral law. Noting that the electoral battle is divided into three stages: The first stage is the competition in the regulation itself. The second stage is between candidates and his colleagues. In the final stage, is between the two candidates on the same seat but separate lists.
